Welcome New Families!

Mountain Scholars is open for enrollment of new students in Levels A – Pre-Logic (Kindergarten – 6th grade), for the 2026/27 school year.

To apply for enrollment, please complete the online form below. Upon submitting your form, you will be prompted to pay a one-time, per family application fee of $30.

Levels B – Pre-Logic (1st-6th Grades): After we receive your application, our School Director will contact you to schedule a parent and student interview and student academic assessment. Placement in our classes is offered based on available space and our professional determination as to whether we can meet the needs of the student. Students who apply to classes that are full will be placed on a Wait List.

The questions in this section help us understand your child(ren)’s current academic experience and any academic, behavioral, or physical factors that may affect their learning. This information is not used to exclude students from acceptance. Instead, it allows us to prepare thoughtfully for your family’s informal interview and academic check-in and to better support your child from the beginning.

We encourage you to answer honestly and thoroughly. There are no “right” or “wrong” answers, and sharing openly helps us serve your family well.

If homeschooled, choose a church teacher, extracurricular coach or teacher, or someone who knows the applicant in a formal, instructional setting. For students entering Level A, a preschool teacher, playgroup coordinator, or childcare provider may be asked. If you child has been homeschooled and never been in a formal non-parent instructional setting, please write "Homeschooled" in the above box.
