Current families who re-enroll and pay their deposit by March 1st receive a $500 tuition reduction when compared to our regular tuition rate.

After completing this form, please navigate to your SchoolCues account, www.schoolcues.com, and pay your 2026/27 deposit.

Re-enrollment is not confirmed until deposits are paid.

Logic and Rhetoric students must also complete the re-enrollment form to secure your tuition discount. Logic and Rhetoric students will register for your required Wilson Hill Academy courses in February en lieu of paying a deposit to Mountain Scholars.

By submitting this Re-Enrollment Form, you are reserving your student’s place at Mountain Scholars for the upcoming school year and making a financial commitment to attend. Mountain Scholars relies on re-enrollment commitments to plan staffing, contract with teachers, build class offerings, and establish the operating budget necessary for the school to function.

Early re-enrollment allows Mountain Scholars to confidently ensure your student has a place in next year’s program.

Your completed re-enrollment confirms that you have read and agree to the Tuition Contract and Parent Handbook linked below, including the withdrawal policy. As stated in the Tuition Contract, families who withdraw after re-enrolling remain financially responsible for 50% of annual Mountain Scholars tuition if withdrawal occurs before August 1, and full Mountain Scholars tuition if withdrawal occurs on or after August 1, except in the limited circumstances outlined in the contract.

For students enrolled in both Mountain Scholars and Wilson Hill Academy, the tuition obligation described above applies specifically to Mountain Scholars tuition and remains in effect regardless of any separate tuition paid to or owed to Wilson Hill Academy.

To enroll a sibling who is not yet enrolled, please fill out our "New Student" form, which you can find here. "New Student Application." The application fee for new families is waived for siblings of current students.
